How do I cancel an order?
- You will only be able to cancel an order once you have accepted the order
- Go to your Zadinga App and tap on ‘Online Store’ bottom Navigation to cancel an order.
- Under ‘Orders’, you will be able to see all the ongoing and completed orders.
- Tap the order card for the order you want to cancel and scroll down on the screen to see a cancel order button.
- Tap on the Cancel order button to cancel your order.
- Please note if the customer had made the payment before you cancelled the order, you will be charged with a penalty for as cost of return by Dunzo.
